Range of Experience

Kyle Maryanski is a Trust Solutions Partner in the Consumer and Industrial Products sector of PwC.  He has been with the firm for 30 years, serving audit and non-audit clients in a variety of industries. In his 18 years as a partner, Kyle has worked primarily with large public companies. Leveraging his 4 years working in Paris, France and Frankfurt, Germany, Kyle has worked extensively with multi-national companies.

Kyle has served his audit and non-audit clients in the following areas:

  • Audits of financial statements
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Divestments (including spin-offs)
  • ERP Implementations
  • Establishing shared services
  • Internal Controls
  • Regulatory matters
  • Income tax planning  

 

Kyle also served for over 10 years in a variety of roles within PwC’s leadership team.  In his most recent role as Regional Assurance Leader for Mid-Central, Kyle was responsible for client service, business development and operating results for a $1 billion business unit with over 4,000 partners and staff.
