This program empowers disadvantaged youth and women by providing education and business skills to alleviate poverty. This program equips women with the necessary tools and skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and marketing and promotion.  

The program also includes self-esteem and leadership development workshops, emphasizing career development and continuing education. 50 women, 25 adults, and 25 adolescents benefit directly through these workshops, and families (approximately 200 additional people, including adults and children) will also be positively impacted. Participants graduate with special recognition, incentives for successful projects, and potential seed funding for the long-term maintenance of their ventures.
