This program has helped students improve their interpersonal relationships, reduce conflicts, and improve their health and wellbeing. Given the multicultural environment, it is often challenging for students to come together and share ideas with each other. Sports has proved to be an effective solution.

This program uses sports to enhance students’ interpersonal relationships and well-being in a multicultural environment. Their participation has enhanced collaboration among the youth, helped them build self-confidence, and taught students basic lessons about physical health and staying active.
