Vice Chairman (Retired) – Tupperware Brands Corporation, a global direct to consumer business operating in major markets.

Simon has lived and worked in London, Tokyo, New York, Amsterdam, Orlando, and currently in Orlando, FL.

He has over 40 years of senior leadership managing consumer product companies in all major regions across the world. Simon, recruited to Avon in 1972, held a number of senior management positions, including Vice President of Sales/Marketing at Avon Japan, Senior Vice President of Marketing in New York, and Corporate Vice President and Chairman of Europe Management Board.

He joined the Sara Lee Corporation in 1993, serving as President and CEO of the Direct Selling Division.  Simon was also a member of the Board of Management, Sara Lee International, overseeing the Coffee/Tea, Household & Body Care, Direct Selling, and all Asia operations.

In 2005 he joined Tupperware Brands Corporation as Group President, International Beauty.  In 2007 he became President and Chief Operating Officer for Tupperware Brands.  In 2016 he assumed the role of Vice Chairman, with operational focus/oversight for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa operations.

Simon has also served as a Board Member for SunTrust Bank of Central Florida, and as a Trustee with the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation in New York.  In 2016 he was the recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award, which recognized his fundraising efforts to support the underprivileged.
