Asha Gupta, Regional President for Asia and Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer for Amway, oversees regional operations and the development of long-term global business strategies. She joined Amway in 2020, previously spending 23 years at Tupperware Brands, where she enhanced sustainability and led significant growth in the Asia Pacific Markey. Gupta has worked across multiple regions and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA in Marketing. She has received several accolades, including Fortune India’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business.” Gupta is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
