Mark Piccirilli founded FirstPic, Inc. in 2001, growing the firm from $175,000 in sales and two employees to over $7 million and nearly 40 employees. Under his leadership, FirstPic received the American Express OPEN Small Business Government Contractor of the Year award and a “Best of” award from the U.S. Commerce Association. With over 30 years of experience, he has managed projects for federal agencies and collaborated extensively with Native American tribes, state agencies, and community organizations, developing expertise in youth development, public housing, crime prevention, project management, and training. Mr. Piccirilli holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from The American University, Washington, D.C.
