David Seward serves as a Mission Advancement Team (MAT) Advisor for World Youth Clubs, working with Affiliates in the United Kingdom. With over 34 years of experience in youth work and senior management, he served as CEO of Berkshire Youth Ltd from 1999 to 2022, where he increased the organization’s annual budget from £60,000 to £1.4 million and led a £2 million refurbishment of the Waterside Centre. David began as a junior leader at age 16 and later became an outdoor education coach. He has  volunteered as Chair of Governors at a local primary school, focusing on enhancing pupil engagement and standards.  He has also served as Chair of The Wayz Youth and Community Centre and Secretary for Kintbury and Cippenham Youth Clubs.
