Lisbeth Cruz is the President & CEO of Clubs de Niños y Niñas de Centro América, leading the organization to grow to 13 locations serving over 3,000 youth and families. With 20 years of experience in community empowerment, she has successfully developed award-winning projects across Southern Mexico, Central America, Europe, South Africa, and Australia. Lisbeth has extensive knowledge in global engagement, research, and organizational development, consulting for organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of America. She holds multiple degrees, including a master’s in public health and social work, and a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy.
