Olga Ramos is a Mission Advancement Advisor for World Youth Clubs and the Founder & CEO of Vision Bridge LLC. With over 30 years of experience in finance, business development, and nonprofit leadership, she focuses on strengthening governance and organizational growth for WYC affiliates. As President of Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico, she expanded services to over 15,000 participants annually. Olga also served as a Managing Director of Sam’s Club Puerto Rico, overseeing $1.2 billion in sales annually. She holds a BBA and a JD and completed an executive education program at Harvard. Olga is dedicated to enhancing youth organizations’ capabilities worldwide.‍
