Reverend Jonathan Weaver is an inspirational leader in youth development and humanitarinism, recognized for his unwavering commitment to transforming lives and opportunities at the Weaver School in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). His dedication goes beyond borders as he mobilizes support from the USA, bringing financial aid to sustain the school’s activities. Rev. Weaver has played a pivotal role in ensuring that teachers’ salaries, school rent, administrative supplies, and other essential needs are met for orphans, refugees, and vulnerable youth, who would otherwise have limited or disrupted access to education and basic needs.

Reverend Weaver’s international work has led to many new opportunities to sustain his youth development work, and in 2024 the organization will break ground on a permanent home for the Weaver School. Beyond education, he has left an indelible mark on the lives of countless Congolese through charity and medical missions since 2010.
