The St. Catherine South Police Youth Club Divisional Council serves as the representative body for the police youth clubs within the St. Catherine South Division. It is a non-profit organization which seeks to promote programs which will improve the relationship between the police and the youth and to provide training for the youth in the fields of art, drama, sports, education as well as personal development. The council and clubs also place strong emphasis on giving back to communities in whatever they we can.
