Association Garuka is a Rwandan registered Non-Governmental organization, that has been working in kigarama sector, kicukiro district, Kigali city since 2000. “Garuka” is a kinyarwanda word that means “Come back”. We operate a range of programs aimed at preventing, supporting, and rehabilitating street and other vulnerable children and youth in Rwanda.
